Subject: Expression of Interest (“EoI”) –Acquisition of certain Intangible Assets / Movie Rights owned by Cinema Capital Venture Fund (“CCVF”).

Dear Sir,
In response to the advertisement in [Insert the names of the newspaper and/or website] dated [•] inviting EoIas captioned above (“Advertisement”), we hereby submit an EoI for the acquisition of asset as mentioned against serial no xx] of the CCVF put in Annexure I.

We have also set out the following:
(a) information required in the format prescribed in the Advertisement as an Annexure to this EoI;
(b) the solvency certificate in the format prescribed by you (“Solvency Certificate”); and
The information furnished by us in this EoI, the Annexure and the Solvency Certificate is true, correct, complete, and accurate. Further, we acknowledge that:
(a) the EoI will be evaluated by CCVF with assistance from RBSA Valuation Advisors LLP (“RBSA”) based on the information provided in the Annexure and the Solvency Certificate to determine whether we qualify to submit a proposal for the proposed transaction
(b) CCVF and/or RBSA reserves the right to determine whether or not we qualify for the submission of the proposal and may reject the EOI submitted by us without assigning any reason whatsoever and without any liability to the CCVF or RBSA; and
(c) CCVF and RBSA reserve the right to request for additional information from us for the purposes of the EoI.
